February is the Month of Black History. Our student from Mozambique, Chanel Mucavele, volunteered to give a talk on the topic of Culture Appropriation, more specifically in relation to the cultural and historical relevance of braids in her community. It has been a privilege to participate in this exercise of international mindedness.
